At CRESI Dive Shop, we want you to be as confident in your gear purchases as you are in your diving skills. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, our returns process is as streamlined as a perfectly weighted descent.
Our Returns Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be:
- In original condition (unused, with tags attached)
- In original packaging (including all protective dive case padding)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Blades (knives or cutting tools)
- Anti-fog products (opened containers)
- Beach towels (if tags removed)
- Custom ordered or personalized items
How to Return an Item
Follow these steps as carefully as you would a decompression schedule:

- Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package Securely: Use original packaging – add extra protection like you would for fragile dive equipment

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. For international returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service (DHL/FedEx) with insurance matching the item’s value.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days
- Method: Original payment method (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, or JCB)
- Shipping Costs: Non-refundable (except for defective items)
Note: Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional business days before funds appear in your account.
Exchange Process
Prefer a different size or model? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. In your request email, clearly specify:
- Item you wish to exchange
- Preferred replacement item
- Any price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly

Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective (which we check as thoroughly as our dive equipment inspections):
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
