Order Processing

We prepare your dive gear with the same care we’d want for our own equipment:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (Recommended):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Flat rate: £12.95
  • Includes full tracking and insurance

Free Shipping:

  • Available for orders over £50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Basic tracking included

Note: Delivery times may vary for remote locations. We currently cannot ship to certain Asian countries and some remote regions – please contact us if unsure about your location.

Returns & Exchanges

Just as you check your gear before a dive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy reflects our diving philosophy: thorough, safety-conscious, and customer-focused.

Returns Policy Overview

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging (including all protective padding)
  • Required: Proof of purchase must accompany all returns

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Blades (knives or cutting tools)
  • Anti-fog products with opened containers
  • Beach towels with removed tags
  • Custom ordered or personalized items

Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return

  • Item(s) being returned
  • Reason for return
  • For exchanges: specify preferred replacement

2. Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

3. Package Securely

Use original packaging with all protective materials – treat it like fragile dive equipment!

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • For international returns, we recommend using a trackable service (DHL/FedEx) with insurance matching the item’s value

Refund Process

  • Timing: Processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Method: Refunded to original payment method (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, or JCB)
  • Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • Bank processing may add 3-5 additional business days before funds appear in your account

Exchange Process

Need a different size or model? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. In your request email, clearly specify:

  • Item you wish to exchange
  • Preferred replacement item

Any price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged (which is as rare as finding a pearl in a seashell):

  • Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
